Toronto Arts Council Foundation
Toronto Arts Council Foundation’s Board is comprised of nine directors. The majority of these directors must also be directors of Toronto Arts Council. Directors are elected by the membership at the annual general meeting. Directors serve a maximum of six consecutive one-year terms. Toronto Arts Council Foundation’s voting membership is primarily made up of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Arts Council.
Individuals on the Board serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no remuneration for their services. Board positions are held by persons who have a demonstrated interest in and service to the arts as well as special expertise in legal, financial and other pertinent areas.
The Board of Directors is the final decision-making body of Toronto Arts Council
Foundation.
