40% Property Tax Rebate for Non-Profit Charities

PROPERTY TAX REBATE REMINDER
If your organization has a Revenue Canada charitable tax number, and if you pay commercial or industrial property tax either directly or through a lease:
You are eligible to apply to the City of Toronto for a 40% property tax rebate of 2011 taxes paid.
Deadline for receipt of application is February 29, 2012.
